If you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from The Kitchen Collection, you may return it within 3 days for replacement, exchange or refund. - Send us picture of the broken item. if there is more than one all broken items must be together when taking the picture

- if we are at fault item will be replacement during our next shipment
